Complete Production Workflow

From Concepts to CAD 

Every project begins with a thorough understanding of your design vision, specifications, and customization requirements. Our expert designers transform concepts into detailed sketches, which are then refined into precise 3D CAD models, ensuring accurate dimensions, optimized stone placement, and manufacturing-ready designs.

Pre-Production Validation

Every design undergoes a dual approval process. Detailed 3D CAD designs are shared for review and approval, allowing every dimension, proportion, and design specification to be validated before sample development. A physical sample is then crafted to evaluate the final look, finish, fit, and overall quality before receiving approval for bulk production. 

Precision Manufacturing & Finishing

Following final approval, production begins with a seamless blend of advanced manufacturing technologies and skilled execution. From casting and assembly to stone setting and final polishing, each stage is carefully controlled to deliver jewellery with exceptional finish, durability, and brilliance. 

The last one, Quality Control & Dispatch 

A comprehensive Quality Control (QC) process is conducted throughout production, with a final inspection performed before dispatch to verify dimensional accuracy, stone security, surface finish, and overall product conformity. Once all quality benchmarks are successfully met, each order is professionally packaged and prepared for secure dispatch.
